Yes. This is a requirement for us if we have to operate in the state of New Jersey.
Initially, we visit you at your home and make a note of your needs. Before our second or final inspection visit, we select a caregiver to suit the person’s specific needs. Once the caregiver is assigned, we continuously keep tabs and monitor every move by calling regularly and paying visits to their homes as needed.
We can provide just about any non-medical service. If we do not directly provide a service you desire, we’ll help you find someone who does.
Just call us. We will provide a new caregiver. Agencies can charge a fee for such changes, but we do not. We monitor our caregiver/client relationships. In most cases, we would detect potential conflicts and resolve them before you even call us.
